Can you go to the grub prompt and run "ls -l" and post the output?

Title:
Grub got stuck at the "search" command
Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I have two sata disks with windows xp and Xubuntu installed on
separate disk. Windows xp in in hard disk of /dev/sda and Xubuntu lies
in SSD of /dev/sdb. Booting into Xubuntu comes with no problems, but
when I tried to boot into windows, it got stuck.
I checked the configuration file grub.cfg and found if i omit the line " search --no-floppy --fs-uuid --set=root 2A1D-0905 " , it got ok. I checked that the UUID is correct.
I can manually revise that configuration file, but after installation of a new kernel, update-grub would be called, and I had to revised it again. Any idea to improve ?
I will attach boot information below. Since I'm using Chinese locale,
so there may be some encoding problem when you read it, sorry for
that.
