[Bug 1381783] [NEW] Broken postinst for libsvn-java

Public bug reported:

The postinst for this package has a broken shebang: '#/bin/sh' instead
of '#!/bin/sh'. I am getting 'dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute
installed post-installation script (/var/lib/dpkg/info/libsvn-
java.postinst): Exec format error' when trying to install the package.
