[Bug 1384315] Re: Timezone selected during installation doesn't match city in Time Zone text box

In the "Where are you?" screen, the timezone for my location is
correctly selected (GMT +10). However, the city listed in the Time Zone
text box is "Adelaide Time", which is in the GMT +9 ½ timezone. The
testcase result should be "The timezone and city displayed match your
timezone and the main city from your area".

Perhaps I'm misinterpreting the test result but it's confusing to me
that it correctly selects my location timezone (Melbourne) but says
"Adelaide Time" in the text box.
