Title:
Raised error "Cound not install 'syslinux-themes-debian' during clean-
up phase of automated Kubuntu 14.10 upgrade. Message: "subprocess
installed post-removal script returned error exit status 127"

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
During the auto update from Kubuntu 14.04 to 14.10, the error was
raised toward the end of clean-up. Onscreen advice was that the
upgrade would continue but that the 'syslinux-themes-debian' might not
be in a working state. Error window was closed and upgrade was
  continued.
