  Keyboard layout selection before regional setting

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The keyboard selection should be done before the selection of the
  current region because in the later there's a textfield which should
  respect the users keyboard layout. Currently the keyboard layout has
  to be selected in the page after the regional setting.
