Public bug reported:

(This is a duplicate of bug #1385016, but `apport-collect 1385016`
tells me not to report a dupe, so I used `ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-
upgrader` to file this even though it tells me not to file a new bug.
?!)

Similar to bug #1385016, but I followed
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UtopicUpgrades/Kubuntu to run the GUI
release upgrade.

Just like that bug, the alert dialog has "subprocess installed post-
removal script returned error exit status 127"

It's in the Cleaning up phase and /var/log/dkpg.log has

2014-10-25 17:56:48 status installed syslinux-themes-debian:all 12-3
2014-10-25 17:56:48 remove syslinux-themes-debian:all 12-3 <none>
2014-10-25 17:56:48 status half-configured syslinux-themes-debian:all 12-3
2014-10-25 17:56:48 status half-installed syslinux-themes-debian:all 12-3
2014-10-25 17:56:49 status installed syslinux-themes-debian-wheezy:all 12-3
2014-10-25 17:56:49 remove syslinux-themes-debian-wheezy:all 12-3 <none>
2014-10-25 17:56:49 status half-configured syslinux-themes-debian-wheezy:all 12-3
2014-10-25 17:56:49 status half-installed syslinux-themes-debian-wheezy:all 12-3
2014-10-25 17:56:51 status config-files syslinux-themes-debian-wheezy:all 12-3
2014-10-25 17:56:51 status config-files syslinux-themes-debian-wheezy:all 12-3

So I think the upgrader is trying to remove this package, not install
it.

I tried reporting this from the [Report bug] button in the Error dialog, but that failed with
Chromium can not be run as root.
