[Bug 1365141] [NEW] Documentaton error in mdadm (and related ?) packages

Public bug reported:

The mdadm(8), md(4), and possible other manual pages reference mkraid(8)
in the SEE ALSO section.  However, these links at least in the trusty
hierarchy, are broken.  Synaptic, cmd and locate do not report the
existence of the mkraid command.  If this command does not exist, all
references in the documentation should be removed.
