I think the problem came from the many repos I had acivated and the many
programs I had installed from them. But I reinstalled just a new system
cuz this was a testing system anyway to see if I will uprage my main
maschines the same way.

So I will setup a new machine with 12.04 - setup some repos, install
some softweare and try to upgrade / reproduce the problem again. I will
then post the results here. Thanks for your help. (But I will need some
time ...)
