[Bug 1367492] [NEW] Suggested addition to the mdadm(8) manual page

The mdadm(8) manual page:

does not explicitly mention the optional --manage and --misc mode
options.  However, the official Linux Raid Wiki:

https://raid.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Linux_Raid

does refer to these in some examples.  This caused some confusion until
I ran strings on the mdadm binary and saw that both of these were
mentioned in the internal help.

This is a minor point, but one which I believe should be rectified to
avoid ambiguity in the documentation of this command.
