[Bug 1369375] [NEW] unable to connect using tls/ftp

Connecting to a site using tls via ftp results in:
gnutls_handshake: Public key signature verification has failed.

This seems to be a bug in gnutls, filezilla is affected aswell.
Please link against a newer version of gnutls.
