  Ubuntu i386 install failing during "Configuring the network"

Status in “debian-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I'm installing via MAAS to bare-metal. Utopic amd64 is installing just
  fine. This is failing with both the fastpath installer as well as the
  debian installer.

  Note: I'm working to get logs. Will update this bug when I get them.
