Title:
  rpm -e --force-debian MQSeriesRuntime as discribed by IBM removes a
  lot of empty folders

Bug description:
  UnInstalling WebSphere MQ on the Linux Ubuntu Distribution as
  described by IBM for Ubuntu 14.04

  I installed all MQSeries Client related Packages and noticed that we need the MQSeries Server related Packages,
  so I need to uninstall the Client Packages as described by IBM.

  Notice, the rpm Packages of IBM are incompatible with alien and there
  are no DEB Packages, but on install everything is fine as described by
  IBM.

  But if you remove the ClientPackage MQSeriesRuntime the process seems
  to hang and after finish we experienced a lot of damage!

  /mnt (completly removed - This was a big showstopper as there were a lot of prodcution mounts and a lot of empty folders on the mounts were removed too!)
  /var/run/sshd <- no new ssh connections (old remaining usable)
  /etc/icinga/objects/modules <- Icinga is unable to start without
  /etc/apt/preferences.d <- Apt wont work
  /var/cache/icinga-web
  /var/lib/dpkg/updates <- dpkg wont work
  /var/spool/postfix/maildrop <- postfix stops working
  /var/www/html

  All the folders were empty but fundamental. Maybe there are more
  folders which are missing now and maybe oher users get other problems.
  But this is an really critical Bug!

  
  (reproduced with Version 8.0.0, 7.5, 7.1 - http://www-01.ibm.com/software/integration/wmq/clients/) 
  (maybe the same problem occurs with the ServerPackages too)

  
  Ubuntu Server 14.04.1 (installed with 14.04.1 medium all updates until 09.05.2014)

  Some Logfiles from 09.05. were we crashed our Production Systems

  No Logfiles in /var/log/ found with any related infos.
  after umount -a we could see there were a lot of file operations on /mnt/....
