When I run apt-get dist-upgrade, I ge this message:

I have grub-common 2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1 installed, but it appears that
the file is looking for one without the ubuntu1 portion. IF I run apt-
get -f install, I get the following:

I tried running the sudo service apport start force_start=1 and it said
the service is already running. No bug report was created when I ran
these commands, so I'm appending everything to this report.
