  install (14.04) crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Installing 14.04 over the top of previous 12.04. It started installing, but crashed about 5 mins after inputing new password.
  The USB installation was created from the recommended Windows program (UIE? Universal something).
  I can't attach logs, as installation wasn't completed.
