In 14.04 it still comes up showing USA as location, although in fact in
London and connected to the Internet. In 12.04 it shows London as
location, so this is a regression.

Bug description:
During QATracker testing (~18 Trust Daily i386 iso and amd64 iso) the
timezone and city were never automatically detected/displayed to match
the timezone and the main city. Manual selection performed as
expected. I noted this in the Comment section on the reports. The
"Where are you?'Testcase expectation has never been met.
