Title:
  failed natty install using kvm

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  hi, I tried to install 11.04 (natty) amd64 using kvm on a amd64 CPU,

  I run kvm using
  $  kvm -boot d -m 512 -hda '/dev/sdd' -cdrom  '/..../ubuntu-11.04-desktop-amd64.iso' -net nic,vlan=0 -net user,vlan=0  -monitor stdio

  but it failed while configuring AFAICT

  indeed, I am now using the live CD (still inside the above kvm) and
  -) copied sources.conf in /target/etc/apt
  -) mounted proc and sys in /target
  -) I have chrooted into /target
  -) # apt-get update
  -) # apt-get upgrade
   and it fails by saying
   'dpkg: error processing man-db (--unpack)'

  this may be because I gave kvm only 512MB RAM, and no swap

  a.
