[Bug 1439650] [NEW] bash-completion for dd if= removes if=

If one wants to use bash completion for files of the current directory
after typing `dd if=` the `if=` part is removed which makes the
completion unusable for `dd`. `if=` should be recognized and completion
work together with it.
