It looks like there was an issue communicating with the py mirror of the
ubuntu archive. I'd suggest choosing to not install updates and retry
the installation process.

  cant install ubuntu dual boot with win 8.1

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  i use an hp pavilion. I disabled the uefi, the fastboot/secureboot,
  deleted the hibernation mode. Then i made a partition, and with the
  live cd i tried to install ubuntu making 2 partitions, and failed.
  Then i trieed with 3 partitons, and the same error. Can someone help
  me please?
