Bug description:
  Cannot install ubuntu 13.10 with secure boot enabled and fast boot
  disabled and UEFI mode on asus n750jv with windows 8 preinstalled.
  Hungs on a purple start screen with an ubuntu word. Ubuntu installed
  well after disabling secure boot.
