This bug was fixed in the package ubiquity - 2.21.22
---------------
ubiquity (2.21.22) vivid; urgency=medium
* Automatic update of included source packages: partman-efi 62ubuntu2,
user-setup 1.48ubuntu5.
* debian/ubiquity.templates: add a string for "Continue in UEFI mode".
* ubiquity/plugins/ubi-partman.py: Fix up the buttons for the non_efi_system
question to use the new string for UEFI mode.
* ubiquity/plugins/ubi-partman.py: try to reverse the meaning of the debconf
partman-efi/non_efi_system question so that "Continue in UEFI mode" will
actually really mean continuing with setting up an EFI System Partition
and "Go Back" will properly return to the partitioning scheme selection
page and allow to try again without an ESP. (LP: #1444104)

Title:
Force UEFI dialog is confusing
Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
The "Force UEFI Install" warning that shows up when installing in UEFI
mode on a system booted in Legacy mode (and in other cases), is worded
confusingly given the choices presented to the user "Go Back" and
"Continue".
Continue appears to add /var/lib/partman/ignore_uefi which causes
further scripts trying to do EFI things to not do them --
Go Back appears to correctly go back to the recipe selection screen,
but further attempts would be EFI again.
I'm thinking this should be reversed so that "Continue" would be
"Continue in UEFI mode" and not write out
/var/lib/partman/ignore_uefi, and "Go Back" to "Start over in Legacy
mode" or some other such wording.
