when I tried upgrading from 14.10 to 15.04  those problems apear

طرأت مشكلة لا يمكن حلها أثناء حساب الترقية.

هذا يمكن أن يحدث بسبب: 
* الترقية إلى إصدار تجريبي من أوبونتو 
* استخدام الإصدار التجريبي الحالي من أوبونتو 
* حزم برمجيات غير رسمية لا تقدمها أوبونتو 

إذا لم يكن أي من هذه مفيدًا، رجاءً أبلغ عن هذه العلة باستخدام الأمر 
'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' في طرفية.
