  upstart can not start in 15.04

Status in upstart package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  In this version both upstart and systemd are supposed to run, upstart
  does not:

  ea at vostro:~$ sudo start autonfs
  [sudo] password for ea: 
  start: Unable to connect to Upstart: Failed to connect to socket /com/ubuntu/upstart: Connection refused

  would appreciate a work around or conversion from Upstart to systemd.

  let me know what other info I need to provide ( commands to use)
