[Bug 1480664] [NEW] cant install desktop

Public bug reported:

It was impossible to install a required package. Please report this as a
bug using 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal. I did
it, but still i cant upgrade. thanks. Problem is in ubuntu 15.10
