[Bug 1480751] [NEW] Showing if a package gets replaced by another one

Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 15.10 dev with apt 1.0.9.10ubuntu6 and sometimes
packages get replaced by another packages (for example libllvm3.6 by
libllvm3.6v5). Instead of showing the removing of the old package and
installing of the new package in separate entries maybe apt could show
that a package gets replaced by another one so that it is for example
easier to compare the version change, etc.).

** Affects: apt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
