Bug description:
  To reproduce on the installation guide clic k the link on chapter one
  section 7 on ubuntu insatllation guide click the link for ubuntu
  license policy it will take you to ubuntu.com/about. IT seems this
  proablbly moved on the website sometime and then new correct page is
  http://www.ubuntu.com/about/about-ubuntu/licensing which is where this
  should point to.

  I expected this the liscense agreement to link directly to the
  licensing page. Instead it linked to the about page with  a redirect
  but would be better if it linked directly to licesnsing. I don't think
  this can be sru'ed on released media so the redirect on the website
  might need to be changed as well.
