Possibilities:
(1) We change the caption to explain: "The disk setup prevents
installing Ubuntu alongside Windows, but you can install it inside
Windows instead."
(2) We add the "Install Ubuntu alongside Windows" option, but disabled,
just as it would be if you didn't have enough disk space.
(3) Wubi is dropped <https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel-
discuss/2015-August/015756.html>, so the "Install Ubuntu inside Windows"
option disappears altogether.
(4) Both 2 and 3.

Title:
Dual-booting isn't possible with 4 primary partitions, no explanation
provided
Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Similar to LP: #438709. When a machine has 4 primary partitions, the
option to dual-boot isn't shown, which confuses users, and is likely
to result in unexpectedly wiping their existing installation.
Quoting my comment on that bug:
Also ran into this on an HP 620 laptop that shipped with 4 primary partitions.
*I* saw the issue and laughed at HP's partition layout, but the student who came to me had no idea why it wouldn't let her do a dual-boot install.
I have a suspicion that we'll be seeing more machines with that
configuration before EFI takes over.

"[if maximum primary partitions are in use] * Install Ubuntu inside
Windows ... * Replace {other OS} with Ubuntu ... * Something else"
