[Bug 1522661] [NEW] grub-efi-amd24-signed failed to install into /target/

Public bug reported:
MSI 128 G SSD 1T HDD. Windows 10 is in SSD. Install UBuntu 14 on HDD 500
Gb free space. But occurs the problem. I have connected the internet,
closed the fast boot, secure boot, intel fast process, changed the UEFI
boost to UEFI boot with CSM, and partitioned the free space with /,
/boot, /home, swap. I have installed several times for the dual
operation system. Only this time I am totally failed. PLease help me.
Thank you very much! Other thing, I can install debian successfully! But
debian can not support the hardward well. It loses a lot of drives.
