Your EFI system partition is corrupt; you will need to repair it with
dosfsck or chkdsk on Windows.

  Installing ubuntu 16.04 LTS daily build, error occurs.

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This error occurs: "The 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to
  install into /target/. Without the GRUB boot loader, the installed
  system will not boot." during install. I have a 100~ GB partition
  mounted as /, a 4 GB swap, stuff like that. I'm on UEFI, secure boot
  is OFF, i THINK, not sure.
