Bug description:
  I was on an installed Xenial system with dist upgraded and dpkg failed
  to install the lubuntu plymouth theme. I think this crashed and the
  system brough up apport to report this bug.

  I was on a xenial system and the plymoth did not isntall and apport
  brought up a bug against plymoth.

   Description:    Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch)

  I expected the package from dist-upgrade to work instead it broke and
  did not install. and dpkg returned an error code of one.
