(Although it'd still be hard to know which name to actually display as
the canonical name of the city -- ideally we'd show the matched name,
but that could be hard.  I wish cities15000.txt noted which language
each alternate name is in.)

Bug description:
  Exposing 'alternatenames' would allow users to search over names for
  cities in their own language (something useful for ubiquity, system
  settings, and unity8's oobe wizard).
