Bug description:
Query tags show that "suggests" isn't enabled into rpm.
$ rpm --querytags | grep ^S
SHA1HEADER
SIGGPG

SIGSIZE
SIZE
SOURCE
SOURCEPACKAGE
SOURCEPKGID
SOURCERPM
SUMMARY
It doesn't affect system at all, but it breaks compatibility to build
rpm packages for rpm based distros.
