  Cursor is blinking for 20 seconds before booting starts

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

  Boot time is very long because GRUB2 is idling about 20 seconds or so,
  before it starts booting process.

  GRUB2 is installed on root partition, sdc3. Partition is formated Ext3
  and the drive is MBR.
