  [xenial] daily server image - pxe install - no kernel modules were
  found

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Failed to install via pxe booting. installer complaints about kernel
  missing kernel modules, bypassing that will still stuck at no root
  file systems.

  Keywords in logs: "critical anna/no_kernel_modules", "critical
  partman-target/no_root"

  Manual install via flash drive works fine.

  Tested version:
  Ubuntu-Server 16.04 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Alpha amd64 (20151115)
  Ubuntu-Server 16.04 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Alpha amd64 (20151207)
