[Bug 1528881] Re: "man man" refers to both man-db and mandb

When it says "man-db", it is referring to the package as a whole.  When
it says "mandb", it is referring to the specific program that builds the
index databases.  I appreciate that this is a little subtle, but it is
accurate, and "unifying" the references in either direction would be
incorrect.
