  systemd-bootchart runs /sbin/init rather than systemd init

  Triaged

Bug description:
  On current vivid, I wanted to bootchart my boot and so set
  init=/lib/systemd/systemd-bootchart which failed because it started
  /sbin/init which is upstart on my machine still
