Tried different bios settings, defaults and more.
System Acer Aspire TC-120 A10, 16GB RAM, SSD Samsung Evo 840 512 GB

Will try now Ubuntu 12...LTS

Somebody mentioned that Acer TC-120 BIOS needs a special driver during start for the product report to microsoft (windows 8.1)
