Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When Upgrading kubuntu to version 14.04 a warning was opened saying
  that tex-common was unable to be installed.  That the installation
  will continue but tex-common could be not functional.  Sending bug
  error was recommended.
