Bug description:
  Please allow gdb-7.8.1 into utopic, fixing among other things LP:
  #1348275.

  utopic ships with a 7.8.1 prerelease.

  Acceptance criteria should be

   - no regressions in the gdb testsuite on any architecture, 
   - LP: #1348275 fixed
   - apport keeps working

  These are already met for vivid with 7.8.1-1ubuntu1.
