[Bug 1421159] [NEW] git-cvs package should provide bash-completion for all commands

Public bug reported:

After installing git-cvs package on Trusty, there is no bash tab
completion for the git-cvs commands.  For example, when I type "git cvs"
and press Tab twice, I would expect at least "git cvsimport" to be one
valid completion.
