Title:
  SWAP on encrypted Luks installs

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
For the last several releases of Ubuntu products, the installer hasn't handled SWAP correctly
  on encrypted LUKS LVM installs.
It would create two swap entries in fstab, one of them would be bogus.
it would not mkswap on the correct /dev/mapper/swap partition.

The Ubuntu installer is broken and has been broken for at least 2
  years now.

  Charlie
