[Bug 1423103] [NEW] user-setup configures SDDM autologin only for Plasma

Hi everyone,

user-setup configures SDDM autologin only for Plasma and ignores other
DEs/WMs because it only only writes a hardcoded /etc/sddm.conf:

[Autologin]
User=$USER
Session=plasma.desktop

As LXQt also recommends using SDDM, that needs to be changed. I've
submitted a patch at https://code.launchpad.net/~joern-schoenyan/user-
setup/ubuntu/+merge/249309
