Title:
  14.04.2: oem-config-gtk not installed after doing an OEM install

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After doing an OEM install (in UEFI-mode at least), oem-config-gtk
  isn't installed.

  I have a hunch it's not being installed in BIOS-mode as well (will
  confirm that shortly). But the interesting UEFI-mode quirk is that if
  I try to:

  $ sudo apt-get install oem-config-gtk ubiquity-frontend-gtk

  apt will remove grub-efi-amd64, grub-efi-amd64-signed (see screenshot)
