[Bug 1424209] [NEW] fail to install ubuntu in UEFI mode (unable to install grub) ubuntu 15.04

Public bug reported:

after several aptempts to install Ubuntu 15.04 with defaut configuration
in UEFI mode (instalation was done in legacy mode) I formated the HDD
with GPT partition table and created custom patitions. During
installation the message "failed to install grub.." appeared.
