latest systemd now include its own readahead process; so that package is
no more used with it.

** Changed in: ureadahead (Ubuntu)

Title:
[vivid] can't install due to actual upstart replaced by systemd-sysv

Status in ureadahead package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
From that system booted with systemd, ureadahead can't be installed:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
ureadahead : Depends: upstart (>= 0.6.0) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

  ureadahead 0.100.0-17
  upstart -bin 1.13.2-0ubuntu7

the 'upstart' package is not installed due to systemd-sysv
  218-3ubuntu4 replacing it

nb: i have the feeling that the 'missing' ureadahead process is
slowing down lot of things: index rebuilt, chromium video crashing
(lp:1409214 aw snap bug) and some loading.
