You've enabled and and installed a PPA which provides versions of python
packages greater than the release of Ubuntu to which you are trying to
upgrade. Subsequently, you'll need to use the tool 'ppa-purge' to
disable that PPA and uninstall its packages. After that the upgrader
will be able to calculate the upgrade.
