  Cannot upgrade. Cannot enable pae.

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When asked to upgrade to newer version I select to do so and then am
  told ugrade failed because pae needs to be enabled. But cannot enable
  pae.
