Title:
After installing the Ubuntu Windows it reports error: NTOSKRNL.EXE not
  found!

Status in grub package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub

I have two discs: sda and sdb.
  sda is a NTFS disc labed "Dados". It contains my archives;
sbb is a partitionded disc. 50% is a Windows XP partition and 50% is a space reserved to Linux.
After install Ubuntu 8.10, I booted in Windows and he reports NTOSKRNL.EXE not found. Ubuntu boots normally.

  Here is menu.lst:
  title Windows XP
  root (hd1,0)
  savedefault
  makeactive
  map (hd0) (hd1)
  map (hd1) (hd0)
  chainloader	+1

Then I comment the two lines:
  #map (hd0) (hd1)
  #map (hd1) (hd0)

  And now Windows boot correctly!
