Title:
in dual boot, grub reboots if I choose a different OS than last time,
in the second run it works

Status in grub package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
To begin with I had a samsung p510 with a fresh win xp pro in sda2 and a vista recovery partition in sda1.
Then I installed jaunty beta from cd, which produced the attached menu.lst.
In menu.lst I changed: daufault saved

Now, when I stick to one OS, it always boots fine. but when I ask grub to boot the other:
  - it says roughly "booting from eee35d08-850c-47bc-bb2e-a5b07728bd42"
  - reboots spontaneously
  - grub comes up and has the old OS highlighted
  - I select the other OS once more
  - it boots normally (windows asks if to start normal)

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? I ran "update-grub" and
"grub-install /dev/sda" but that didn't change any thing.
