Title:
Provide testing in Ubuntu Snappy images

Status in autopkgtest package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
autopkgtest should grow a ssh setup script for running tests on Ubuntu
  Snappy. It should run

    sudo ubuntu-device-flash core --output=/tmp/snappy.img --developer-
  mode

(which is fast as images get cached in ~/.cache/ubuntuimages), or take
an already existing snappy image as an option.

For now this will only support deb Depends: in unpack mode as the
  image is readonly.

Note that in the future autopkgtest should also grow support for snap
packages, but they are still being defined, so that's for a later
  time.
