Title:
  No unity bar, shortcuts too don't work 14.04.

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Only when loggin as guest everything is normal, 
  otherwise I don't have the unity bar, I only have the icons on the desktop, 
  I cannot open the terminal since I have not the shortcuts. 

  -by the way update-manager exits with core-dumped.
